Focused On...^® Productions is the creation of Neel Raman, who spent all of his teenage and adult life with the belief that in order to get what you want in life, you have to work hard, have a good education and get a good job. After striving to achieve all that, which included an engineering degree and a career in logistics and manufacturing management, Neel did not experience the joy or sense of fulfillment he had expected to have at that time in his life.

As a result, he started attending workshops, seminars, and training programs focused on personal development and self empowerment. After a number of years of self study, he left his career in engineering and manufacturing management, and established Focused On...^® Productions, whose primary focus is to help people create the life they desire and deserve.

This led to Neel writing his first book, "Hoops and Freedom", a self-improvement book in the form of a story, which discusses powerful principles which applied, will change the results and the quality of a person's life. He has messages to share about living a life of purpose, and having clear visions and goals in life.

He has worked with teenagers, parents and professionals and helped them improve the results they are getting in life. His programs are fast paced, thought provoking, inspiring and entertaining. He has a desire to work with as many people as he can and help change their lives for the better.

He is committed to a life time of self study and education, and continues to immerse himself in the teachings of many well known teachers including Bob Proctor, Jim Rohn, Jack Canfield, and Anthony Robbins to name a few.

Focused On...^® Productions is currently based in Sydney, Australia, with plans for expansion nationally and internationally.
